While hunting up Decot details, I found a map of Sacramento's sirens. It's on page 51 here:

First siren on the list. I'm at a loss...

I found one of the "Decot" sirens - it's located on P & 10th street and is partially engulfed by a mass of trees. It's impossible to see the siren's innards from street level although it looks to be in decent condition.

This is pretty neat, it seems as though they have FC controllers on them.
