Siren located in West Covina, not mentioned here

I saw the thread that lists the sirens located around Los Angeles.
Under West Covina, the following siren is not listed.
I did a search for it here- and did not find a reference to it.....
Thanks to Google street view....
the siren is visible along with the street address. (next to an ex church- now Montessori school).
