They were for me to be made from late 2006 to early 2007

Found this on the wayback machine
To find it:
go to wayback machine
Type in federalsignal.com
Go to 2006
Scroll down until you see december and the day 6.
Go to the and click on safety pruducts group. Scroll down and find what it says federal warning systems and click on the top of it. At the bottom left it will say. "Federal Announces the NEW 2001-130 - the first 130dB 48VDC Siren in the World.Learn about it here" Click on learn it about it here. There you go. *Unless you are know wayback machine then it wont be a problem.*

That's Federal's stock photo of the 2001 SRN-B with a -130 logo Photoshopped on. It was used for the announcement. -130s always have the longer back. It's part of how Federal made them louder.

Move on, nothing to see here.

Plus not to mention, halfway through production, the SRN*B's were equipped with the larger FS logo.

There is a SRNB branded 130 in Allendale, Michigan. Credit to OhioSirenHunter for the picture. I also think it's funny how they claim it to be the world's first 130 dB siren like that when the WPS 4008 was rated for the same performance.

It seems like a new worker got the SRNB and -130 stickers confused.

It claimed to be the first 48VDC (read again) 130 db siren. It was the first 48V DC mechanical/motor driven siren to hit the 130 db mark (by whatever testing and marketing metric they were using).

It's painfully obvious that it's a cut/paste onto a stock photograph...
