Thanks dude. Haha, can't imagine how big the Thunderbolt would be if I had one in my room. But anyways I can't wait until I can get this baby up and running again.

I have to say... Moving my bolt via dolly is much easier than my model 5 as the 5 is top heavy and weighs close to 400 lbs. the model 2 there fully assembled I remember reading as 58? Anyways dude you could totally (with permissions of course) sound your model 2 off with the system when they test theirs!!!

Hehehe i didn't even have a dolly to use on mine. I took the horn, solenoids and chopper off, wrapped my arm around the chopper tube and picked up the rest of it by the bottom flange with my other hand and carried it into my house, and yes it hurt. But anyway back on topic, nice Model 2.

Hmmmm... Without an armature and field i don't know what you will ever be able to do with that. if those old motor parts are very different from the newer you might only be able to use the rotor. I don't know i have never seen an old version of the model 2 like that up close

Do you know anyone who has a Thunderbolt chopper motor?

Those long bolts go through the top of the stator and hold the upper bearing retainer.

I guess that stator would work with a newer type frame that you would get with a Thunderbolt chopper motor.
I don't know.

*UPDATE* Today I just received my 4 brush armature that estokke09 gave to me. But there were also a few more unexpected surprises in the box. estokke09 had given my 4 "FS" stickers. 3 small ones and 1 big one. I also received a warning label and these 2 label sheets with Federal Signal logos on them. I need some siren experts to help me with this. I do not know what voltage this armature is. Nor do I know if this armature will work. Can somebody help me figure this out please? Thanks. Anyways here are the pictures. :D
