Failed Modulator & Westminster Chime ambience - Purcell, OK.

Well, I went to this mod to record it doing Westminster chimes daily, sadly, this on failed and just gave off a small chirp. I did call the EMA after I got home.

I am just curious.. what could cause this? I don't think its a radio issue, right? If it was a radio issue, nothing would've happened. What do you guys think is wrong with it?
