The Siren Board

So,

Hopefully I am about to acquire an SD-10. It runs off a 3-phase 240Vac 10HP 3600rpm motor. However, I'm no electrician and I'm not sure about what to do for it in terms of power supply. I have a few questions:

-How many amps does this motor pull?
-What would be the best to use for it? A static phase converter, a rotary converter, or a variable frequency drive?
-How many HP should the phase converter/VFD be rated for?
-Where would I hook it up so it wouldn't set fire to an outlet due to the amp pull?

Can someone help clear my confusion?

You can still have fun with your SD-10, we just want you to stay safe. This kind of stuff can seriously injury you or even worse, kill you. Do you happen to have some type of drill at your house? You can windup the SD-10 with a drill. If you look on YouTube dozens of people have done this method.
