Hey I have a question. What is the ARS User Name question for?

There is no answer for both iPhone and android.. I switch between a iPhone 4s and a Samsung Galaxy Avant... :/ You should add a answer for both Android AND iPhone(the question asking about accessing on mobile devices...) Just a suggestion!

I only pressed strongly agree if the rules are clear. But I didn't press "strongly agree" with there should be more rules, yet its asking me what rules are needed to know.
