Question about a 2001 rotor

Are the rotors of newer 2001-130s now made of plastic like window air conditioners?

Nope. I heard they're either aluminum or magnesium. I could be completely wrong though.

Still the same rotor as the Model 3.

That would have to be some seriously dense polymer to function well in a siren.

There isn't really anything plastic about the 2001. I know some people have mentioned in the past that they thought the horn components were, but I can assure you that pretty much everything has always been metal on that siren, less the rubber lip they put on the horns on the early models, and some of the wiring parts.
