Does anyone know what happened to the Chrysler Air Raid Siren that was recently removed from the park on San Vicente Blvd just south of Santa Monica Blvd in Los Angeles ?

There’s a dog park where the siren used to be.

Jackson, Michigan had one back in the cold war. It is long gone.

Rochester, NY has one. Active wise, I don't think so.

Portland had 7. And the concrete blocks are at the Texas hydro park near multnomah village... also sadly only 2 of the blocks remain... but the cool thing is you can still see the light green paint on them!

The only one I have seen is atop the Poinsett Hotel in Greenville, SC. Yes, it is still there of this August.

I believe its on top of one of the bldg.'s in the federal gov't complex located just N.E of Banister and Troost in K.C,MO. I still look for it when I get by there for work, kind of hard to locate with all the building structures...maybe Google Earth view might show it?

It's atop the Army Records bldg. at Independence and Hardesty. I've seen it before as my uncle lives a little under a mile from it.
