Stewart County replaced another one of it's Vortexes. This time around the Vortex in Omaha was decommissioned and replaced by a 7V8-B; they don't need a 16V1T-B, or Vortex for that matter, to cover the area. Jeb and Ed did the installation. These are the pictures from the first day of the installation. I was just down there recording it. They finished it up today, and the thought of getting pictures of the finished piece never crossed my mind... my bad. :( The video will be posted in the video section. The remaining 2 Vortexes and 16Vs in the county will eventually be linked up to the new Storm Sentry warning system and will be tested every first and third Saturdays of the month at noon. Not too sure what the tests will be like yet.

Gorgeous! So Sentry's mount brackets are basically a one-size-fits-all kind of thing that you shim to fit?
