The one on the municipal building is still there.

Hey I'm not sure whether or not this counts as "Central" Florida or not, but if anyone knows anything about sirens around Ormond Beach and Daytona, I would love some information. My grandfather lives there and I'd like to know where I could find some sirens next time I'm visiting.

Tampa siren locations according to a 1955 article:

Hillsborough County Courthouse
Plant High School
Westshore Elementary
Corner of MacDill and Interbay Ave.
Coliseum, Davis Island
Corner of Dale Mabry and Carmen
Columbus Dr. and Armenia (cigar factory)
San Jose and Himes Ave.
Fire Station 7 Giddens and Tallaferro St. (in the later path of I-275)
Fire Station 8 401 S. Albany Ave.

The article mentions Thunderbolts but also references medium sized sirens at some locations. Also may have been a few more locations. A poster on Facebook said there was a T-Bolt on Grey St. north of Kennedy Blvd.
