I know it's not helpful but I wonder, since when there are Modulators in UK. Never heard about it.

Knew only some Modulators in the Netherland and one in Cairo. Look here: (attention German!) http://forum.ig-wasi.de/viewtopic.php?f ... tor#p19411
It stands at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo.

Is it the only modulator 2008 in Cairo, or not?

Sorry, I don't have any informations about the warning system in Egypt. But at the Tahrir-square is a Pintsch-Bamag on the Mogamma. But I don't know, if the Pintsch-Bamag is active

I worked on the sirens in Severnside UK. Was there in 2014 after I was at the Isle of Man TT races. Fixed a programming issue with them.

Do they all still peak at 500 Hz in alert? They sound like they pack more punch at that pitch than the standard 850.

I don't remember how the jumpers are set in on the amps in the UVs. But if you stagger the frequency jumpers on every other amp you can make the sound resonate differently.
