Model 5 motor starter

Sun Oct 23, 2016 5:10 am

Hello members, so as some of you may know, I recently acquired a single phase model 5 siren. I wanted to run it on my AR timer and need to know what type of motor starter to get... Thanks, Nick

If I remember correctly, it can use the same type of starter my siren uses, a single phase 240V contactor with a 240V coil and a 60A rating for 10HP single phase motors. They can be pretty pricey. Follow this link: https://motorsandcontrol.com/abb-dp60c3 ... oCBwXw_wcB , that one might work.
