Hey guys, just a quick question... Does anyone know of a video I can watch of a 1 cell whelen, like 2801, 2701? There is one near me but I cant remember the exact location...

I know there is an OA1/VortexO1/2X10/2X01 in Chetek Wi which is kind of near me but I can't find any videos on youtube of any. The smallest I can find are OA2/2720/2802/2902's which are the ones in CT.

In regards to a video there's not a proper one out there recorded by an enthusiast, however a storm chaser happened to catch Rose Hill, IA's single cell Whelen going off for a tornado warning.

That's not a "Vortex" It's a "WPS" I think. Cause they make models of that now. within the whelen website.

Vortex O was originally what Whelen called the OmniAlert line for a short period of time. The WPS sirens are the 2700, 2800, and 2900 series sirens.

Totally (Didn't) know that.

To be honest I didn't know that either until someone showed me the spreadsheet with Vortex O on it, I thought that was such a cheesy name
