Looks like a distributor for some of those Chinese sirens to me.
Down to a Thunderbolt chopper, still a few goofy flashlight-siren combos, and a Model L.

Wasn't Keraj also an Indian manufacturer of warning devices? I think their page was listed on this site long ago.
