Two STH-10s have bitten the dust in Loudoun County, VA

I noticed this a little while ago, but this is the first time I'm talking about it.

The town of Leesburg, VA used to have two STH-10s for fire calls. The satellite siren was removed sometime within the last couple months, but the one on the fire station is still there as far as I know. That wasn't too hard for me because like Middleburg and Purcellville, Leesburg still has another siren.

But a couple weeks ago I went through the nearby town of Hamilton and saw that their only siren, also an STH-10, had been taken down as well. That one was harder for me, because unlike Leesburg, Middleburg, and Purcellville (all of which had two sirens but removed one), that was Hamilton's only siren. I've been having a tougher time with it being gone. But not as tough as the Middleburg Allertor being gone since August 2011, since even though Mburg had two sirens, it is my hometown and it was harder to see a siren come down there.

If Loudoun County is removing any last fire sirens, I'm hopeful I may be able to acquire some of them.

They're just STH-10s, run-of-the-mill old town sirens. A harder time just because of missing sirens?
