Does anyone have any drone shots of the horn-less thunderbolt siren in the ferry building clock tower?

You mean the one in San Francisco? And it's not hornless.
EDIT: or it wasn't last I saw it on google maps.

Correct. Only the horn is visible as a matter of fact. The chopper, rotator and blower are all on the other side of the wall.

I doubt a drone can get that close to it without getting shot down.

It's directly behind the ATI speakers.

Erm.. a question: did it rotate? Seems it couldn't have rotated without hitting the walls...
