Mystery old TMI siren?

I think this is about as close as i'm going to get to figuring this one out. I've been trying to figure out what the original siren was that was replaced by the 2001. All I know right now is that the T-128 replaced the 2001. Can anyone tell me from the satellite what the siren on the right is? The coordinates are 40.15017, -76.93308. Rotate the satellite 270 degrees to see the other siren.
