So I got in contact with Bryan Draper. He said he'd be setting of the sirens so I stationed myself at siren 60. It failed 4 times before today so I was praying to god it would work. 1pm comes around and Bryan texts me saying they should be going off. I look up to see it rotating. Then I report back to him that it failed and so did 149 which is like 1/3 of a mile away. He said he would re-activate 60 in a few seconds. I prayed to God and said a Hail Mary and
voilá it went off! Props to Bryan Draper and Fort Worth OEM!

Ft. Worth seems to have alot of problems with their Whelen system.

Can't say that I've ever seen that happen lol. Is that the only tone Ft. Worth uses?

Almost seems to me either the controller thought the tone was SI TEST (Whelens Silent Test) or somehow that is what toned out. Interesting anyway.

Fort Worth to my knowledge only utilizes wail tone. It could have been the scenario JMAN12343610 mentioned, since it is the farthest away in the system that receives the activation tone and didn't receive it correctly.

When WhammyP-50 informed me the siren was not running, I sent a silent test to the unit to verify the unit was infact operational. Following the reply of the siren which verified it was operational I was then given clearance to sound unit 60 on its own to ensure it was operational. So it did as it was told. We have two repeaters and one of them has trouble getting the eastern most sirens to go which is why we are working on expanding the radio system later this year.

I hope that's what fixes it!
