Boy this was an awesome and beautiful day, glad I did all this!
To start off for the 11:30 AM St. Joseph County siren test, I went to this sick 2001-SRN. It worked, but it has dying batteries even with its new recitifier hooked up. Don't worry, I reported it to the EMA! This siren is located on Pierce Road across from a church.

After the test, I hauled butt here to Walkerton to catch their 8 port Model 3 doing a Noon Blast. This little bugger is located off of Michigan Street and sounds every day.

Last, but certainly not least, I recorded the new 508 in New Paris located behind the first station. This siren sounded right at 2:00, and boy it sure seemed louder than a T-128!

So yes, this Thursday is probably the best ever siren recording day for me so far! I hope to record more this summer.
