Another New Lewisville, TX Whelen Vortex Installation

I was out and about this morning and passed by East Hill Park. I was pleasantly surprised to find a brand new Whelen Vortex R4 installation. This is the third known recent addition to the system to fill coverage gaps. There should be another new Vortex installed before the end of the year (if it's not already up somewhere).
Here is a map I put together of this siren and the ones nearby. This installation is fairly close to the Whelen 2810 at the Pier 121 Marina which is why I was surprised to see this siren go up here.
