Those look like something I doodled during my history class in high school, a siren with the output of the ports channeled into a horn with a small throat.

I'm curious to know what's inside one of those. Having nothing to go by, I'd imagine it's a similar (though more refined) setup.
Beware those who teach not how to think, but what to think.

Whatever it is, it looks a lot like a setup of electronic loudspeakers than an array of Model A's.

Im away at a convention currently and theres a T128 at a nearby school giving protection to the fairgrounds everyone is camped at. Too bad it didnt go off to warn us of the straight line winds and severe thunderstorm lastnight. Anyway it seems the town here has a nice system of ASC sirens. So far i counted a T121 and Three T128's. Anyway how this is relevant to this thread i was poking around on the ASC website and came across something called the E-Class siren. Look familiar?

I checked the standard timeing for ASC Compulert software and its 6 up 5 down matches the videos wail. Could ASC have created a electronic that sounds like a mech siren?

Well, they are mechanical sirens, since they let my karma go down when I said they were electronic. So hopefully this can raise my karma a few points. :D

Ok, I take it back. They definitely are electronic sirens, especially if you see them towards the end of the video, since they don't have air intakes.
