Can Someone post a video of how to get a rotor off of a ACA Allertor. I have one that has a broken shaft on the motor and need to get it apart

The first thing you'll want to do is remove the locknut on the front of the shaft that holds the rotor in place. The second thing I would recommend is soaking the shaft and hub in PB blaster for a day or so. Once you've let it soak, heat the hub on the rotor up with a torch, and start trying to pull the rotor out by hand. Tapping the shaft with a hammer lightly also helps loosen things up, but be careful to not mushroom the shaft head. Keep a good grip on the chopper while pulling on it as well, mine popped right out and if it weren't for me gripping it, it would have probably dropped on the floor. That's about the only way to remove the rotor, and the only one I've worked on came out after the aforementioned steps. Since yours has a broken shaft, I'm not sure what sort of stress it was under. It might come off really easily or be hopelessly stuck. Who knows.

The broken shaft is on the ration gear box side. The city that had it had to rewind it and when they put it back together they put a bolt and nut that was to long So when they put it back up and started it It rotated around got stuck on the to long bolt and snapped off the shaft on the gear box

IF to expensive to replace armature or re stub it I may make it into a Screamer. Since I need to get inside the motor to see if it is single phase or three phase I think it was single phase and rewound three which wound make it a 20 hp three phase now so it would be a S-20 Screamer
