To the right of the Code Wheel is a Federal Siren control cycle unit. If you open the door you can pull the lever down and it will run the siren up and down. You can also set it to run from 1 to 4 complete cycles. I will see if I have a picture of it. The push button on the bottom is for a push and hold to manually run the siren. In the old days the fireman that was on Alarm Room duty would use this for the noon siren run up. The rest is for the power to the main Alarm Board that monitored the fire boxes. I will also post a picture of that.

Thanks. It has been a 20 plus year search to find it.
