Rumor has it that the Broadmoor CS-8s are being removed. Are there any siren enthusiasts from that area that can confirm that?? I heard they were going to scrap the removed sirens. :o

Rumor? What made you think it was a rumor? There's the facilities guy from the hospital (which is about 50 miles away from me) which had a videoed interview stating what will happen.

All 13 sirens will be taken down with 6 put up, as the risk of an inmate escaping and going 2 miles away is nearly impossible now so the exclusion zone will be reduced.

As for the sirens being scrapped, unless it's a government representetive that made those remarks, I'm not buying it as those sirens, along with the hospital are HM assets and shouldn't be disposed of at the click of a finger.

I'll add that this has been known ever since this interview was published 2(?) years ago.

Then it's not a rumor. It's fact and no need for anyone to confirm.

It's all going, probably to some stroage building that is hiding in plain sight, owned by the government of course.

It would be difficult to acces numbers 7 and 11 as seen from mrmattandmrchay’s videos. 7 is in a microwave tower and 11 is atop a parking garage.

Welcome to America, where every large, nondescript building and vehicle is owned by the government!

Can you please make the topic title specific and informative? Clickbait is not ok and often wastes people's time for something that only a select few people can relate to.
