I think it was Fort Worth that had a larger system of these howlers, but once their system was upgraded they were all removed.

Yup, I know about that one. That one is inactive though, and there's a 2001-SRNB right next to it.

I tracked down another Howler about 10 miles away from the Cologne MN ACA Howler.

Huh. No wonder why the street view thing on google maps doesn't work with the one off of W Vickery Ave.

Wait, where in Norwood Young America?
44.78218395315515, -93.91517749667577 it was here until sometime between 2010 and 2014. Westy1962 got a video of it in 2010 and it didn't sound the best
