I think it was Fort Worth that had a larger system of these howlers, but once their system was upgraded they were all removed.

Yup, I know about that one. That one is inactive though, and there's a 2001-SRNB right next to it.

I tracked down another Howler about 10 miles away from the Cologne MN ACA Howler.

Do you mean the one in Hamburg or somewhere else? I know ther used to be one in Norwood Young America but it was replaced a few years back by

Sometime in the mid to late 2000's when the Whelen system was fully installed.
