Jerome cosgrave siren

I sent a message to the city of Jerome, the Cosgrave siren on top of the city hall no longer works. I don't know if everyone already knew this, but it was kind of a shock to me. They told me that there was a siren on top of the Jerome artist coop. I can't find what it is. I wish I could go up there and record, but I don't have transportation.
