Whelen rotating during street view capture found in West Virginia

So we were mapping in the ARS Discord server and I decided to bring up a Whelen I found that I suspected was rotating while the Google street view car was driving around it. Figured why not post it here since it's pretty unusual... if you don't see it, try moving up and down the street while looking at the siren. Anyways, here's the location: 39°17'0.93"N 80°33'35.56"W

Amazing find! I was looking for something like that thinking, "I wonder if there are any sirens that were testing during street view."
