The distant sirens sound real but at 15secs, are those car horns blaring continuously?

Yes the Car horns are blowing as a memorial for people who died.. here is another link.. sounds like a hand cranked siren..

Yes, thats a hand crank siren. Mine winds up and down the same as that.
