The Siren Board

Charleston has a system of modulators. Driving through the area, I’ve seen a MOD 3012, and a MOD 5020 (?). I can’t pinpoint exact locations, but they can be seen off of 77. One is next to the capitol complex, and the other next to offices(?). I also know of the gold and black one at WVSU in Cross Lanes. Anyone have more info or content on this system in the mountains?

The only siren I ever recall seeing in Charleston was a 2001 at WVSU. Here is a screen grab from google maps and you can sort of make it out. Surprised I could find it again because it was early in the morning and I barely remember it.
