Alertronic and old ATI Pictures (Salt Lake City)

Hello. Yesterday, I went to film an ACA Alertronic at the Big West Oil refinery in Salt Lake City, Utah. I arrived, and I set up next to a public road. It didn't go off, and within a few minutes, a couple of plant security gaurds and the chief of police showed up 
. They asked me what I was doing, and after I told them that I was just filming the siren, they asked me to let them know what I was doing there next time I film it, because they weren't sure if I was planning to blow the refinery up. All in all, they were very kind, and they even gave me the (hopefully) test dates for Big West Oil (Tuesdays at noon), and Chevron, which is on Monday and an unknown time. I guess i'll be sending out a couple emails and making phone calls to confirm test times at refineries in the area, as well as hopefully get written permission to film their siren tests.
