The Siren Board

While I was on my skiing trip in Roseland, Va I found an old Thor Guard sitting on a pole at a golf course, as I looked up at the siren I found that one of the horns was broken, so I looked around on the ground and found the horn! here is the videos I took: https://youtu.be/8C_JYpzLCJk

Neat! I've never seen one of these up close before. I wonder why it was abandoned?
