What are the legalities of private siren tests.

We have land up north that is way back in the woods. other than a few cabins, the nearest town is at least 5 miles away. I think there is 3 phase power in our shop up there. Would this be a good private siren testing site as long as nobody was up there?

This is not something for us to comment on. You would need to check with the appropriate authorities and follow all applicable laws and ordinances.

I would think it would be fine as long as you're sure that no one else is within 5 miles of the place. After all, how do you think the Oklahoma siren meetup happened?
