Sorry this took me so long... I drive truck now and I drop in and out of the forums quickly. I'm not sure if they did or not but it would be awesome to get video of them running. Perhaps I'll talk to the owners and just kind of see what's up. I also have to get updates on the clatskanie Oregon fire district thunderbolts as they still run them.
Own and love a Thunderbolt 1000 and a Model 5.

I have many hobbies and interests. And I love them all.

I apologize for the bump; however, I had gone to the 5 for its test and didn't go off. Went to the Bullard (confirmed identity of the so-called "Weltex") few days later and the 5 still didn't go from what I heard. Do any of y'all have confirmation that the 5 is still active?

Both sirens are active and sound at noon everyday. My son and I made a special visit to the fire station today. We were able to play with the Sterling M10 that was removed from the old city hall back in 2003.

I have a question for the experts. Why does this siren have split ports?? All other m10 pictures do not have this. It is a 16/16 and spins for ever when spun by hand.

That is a first generation Federal Signal Model B.
