Possible FS Model 5/7 in Holmen WI?

This siren was on top of the Holmen Meat Locker in Holmen, WI. After this picture was taken, a Thunderbolt 1000/T was installed on the top of this building. From Google Street View in 2008, you can see the Thunderbolt and the possible Model 5/7. You can also see the blower weight distribution pad from the satellite view. I thought this was interesting because I lived here when those 2 sirens were up. But I was around 3-4 years old. Just wanted to post this if anyone knows more information.
