It does all 8 tones i believe. I am not quiet sure what they say over the PA but the desribtion translated into english says:
"First Outdoor Warning Siren in the Mexican Republic. These sirens have voice capibility and tones. For more information visit: www.alertamexico.com"

Is this what Mexico City has because on Bazaar Food with Andrew Zimmern.There was a whelen looking siren on the capital building.

sweet, all 6 tones, the only thing that sux is the vid was shot so close, so it sounds retarded lol

The video on the siren site itself is cool the orb coming from the siren is neat.

Here's a better translation of the description:
"First mass-alert system based on sirens with voice and tone capabilities, visit www.alertamexico.com for more details on the systems. This system is in Ciudad Acuna, Coahuila, Mexico."
Don't know what is being said over the siren (my Spanish isn't thatgood.)
