I can assure you that it's not because one is in California and the other is in Pennsylvania. Besides, one STH-10 is red and the other is yellow. I believe you are mistaken. They aerial shot of the one in Trinidad (top picture) shows buildings identical to the siren in the bottom picture. I apologize; I was t trying to argue; I was just going off of what I saw in the photo, and how it correlates somewhat to Google imagery.
