I believe its on a tall hotel. For those of you who remember Jeff Seidel, he told me about this one a long time ago. He saw it in person.

Hmmm .........
Looks like a send generation 20-A-480 Cold War vintage
And just like Los Angeles County the side panels have been left
off , by some careless jerk or vandel so it can Rust out inside
How many stories high is the hotel ? looks to be several , could
be a JOB to take it down & a welcome load off the old building.
