Got another one:

Here is a triple siren setup in Litchfield, Nebraska. The sirens there include a single-head Darley Champion Horizontal, a Federal Signal Thunderbolt 1000, and an ACA Screamer. The Thunderbolt is active but the Screamer and Darley, I'm not sure.

Don't know if this was posted, but it could also go in the low mounted.

Here, in this video, includes 3 sirens in one location. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xbcw6w8LwB0
You'll see a Federal Signal 2T22 (inactive), an ASC T-135AC (also inactive, had replaced the 2T22), and a somewhat new ASC T-128 (active, replaced the T-135AC that replaced the 2T22). All are located by the water towers in Keene, Texas.

Found by my friend. A Model 7, 1000T, and Model A.

EDIT: There's another Model A, causing this to be the worlds first quad siren setup!

Guess I was wrong about the quad siren setup. Here's another featuring a Model 2, Model D, Sterling Model F, and a Model A.
