Those are actually Federal Modulators in this video. I know this because dual toned Modulators use slightly different frequencies than Siratones, Siratones have a much sharper windup than this, and this siren in the video isn't fading in and out like it's rotating.

I thought Little Rock just installed a brand new system of sirens.

I thought someone said they were Whelens, but I guess they aren't. Those are most certainly Mods, though. There's no fade in/fade out with rotation.

these are mods...u can tell by no rotation as mentioned, as well as the 2 tones have very long winddowns

They sound exactly like the siren used in the Irvington, TX Safety video...

Little Rock did actually install a new system of Whelen WPS-2810s a couple of years ago. This video must have been taken in a suburb that had Modulators.

LR ARK Had 1 Electronice Siren in the old system it was a Whelen Votex I say it on the ground when I went to pick up my 2, 2T22's. 3 years ago

That must be the major third interval used on that siren, but of a very high pitch.
