I dunno if this is the proper place for this question but I have been working on a map in Google Earth, is there a way to transfer this map to here or no?

I think if you copy and paste the link it should work

You have to put the KMZ or KML onto google drive and then make that sharable for those with the link THEN post the link here. if this map is going to be constantly updated I recommend doing what I did, and taking my massive map and converting it to a format that My Maps limitations can handle.
