I think this time he posted it. But it does seem weird that all of a sudden this roughly 2 year old well known video suddenly pops up on youtube.

With all these new ways to share media, I've been more careful to put my name on anything I make that I care about. I should go back and start signing my fantasy siren pictures before they start popping up. Too much goes into those to have them ripped and passed off by some lazy kid.

The point is that someone other than Ben *did* post the video - Ben's video. Um, could it be that 1) the profile is false, or 2) The profile is of the person who appropriated Ben's video?

You'd think though that if Ben did allow someone to post that video that they would give him credit. Who knows.

I asked the person on You tube about the Video and they didnt reply, however they did delete it..

well it may have been stolen.. but unless you copyright em, on the net its there word against yours, I try to copyright my stuff when I can (if the stupid program would work with me instead of against me arrghh!)
