Help me figure out where this video was taken.

A little while ago, I came across a video of a storm on June 5th of 2008. https://youtube.com/watch?v=cHzfk2QXoz8 In it, you can hear a 2001 and a dual toned Thunderbolt that sounds like it is minutes away from burning out completely. Upon watching this video, I became very curious as to where it was recorded, and whatever happened to the thunderbolt. I have been attempting to do research, but it is very difficult, as I have very little information. What I do know is that the lady who posted the video lives in a small valley about 5 miles away from where the tornado touched down. I also have the storm reports from that day. https://www.spc.noaa.gov/exper/archive/ ... e=20080605 According to these records, the video was recorded in either Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, Iowa, or Missouri. I was wondering if any enthusiasts from those states would maybe have an idea as to where the video was recorded.

Are you POSITIVE it’s that Thunderbolt? I’ve seen videos of it and it appears to just have collector ring issues, where as this one sounds like the motor is about to burn out. Plus this video was taken over 10 years ago, and I doubt it would still be going today if it was that sick

Plus nowhere in Illinois is listed on the SPC storm reports for that day. Not only that but the siren in the video also isn’t rotating

So either the 2001 has a broken rotator, or it could be a STH-10. I'd say there's probably no way we could tell where that is unless we can find videos of the individual siren.

I was referring to the Thunderbolt, not the 2001
