I will confirm the second video is from Springfield, MO. The parking garage you see at the end is one of Missouri State's garages. You are hearing the campus STH-10 (a newer model, which is on the other side of the garage near Strong Hall) with a campus SD-10 in the background. Campus runs their sirens for the entire duration of a warning.
