Does anyone know what type of sirens are used in the town of Stillwater, MN?

According to a friend of mine, the city of Stillwater, Minnesota has 11 sirens. This is what they look like. Are these units an older ASC product?

That's an ATI HPSS-16R. The Medford, WI area and San Juan, PR are known to have some examples as well.
