Unknown Siren System.

Recently I have been scrolling through the civil defence topic in my YouTube feed and found this (Below) and heard the
High Pitched Whoop Tone and that reminded me of Barrington's 612 when it used to use its high pitch whoop tone. But back to the topic I assumed they could either be a Whelen or Federal signal omnidirectional siren in the video, it also appears that siren didn't activate. If you can provide answers to what sirens to that system and where that system is located feel free to drop some intel below.

Which Esso might you be talking about? There is an Esso plant that uses 2810s, but they are not documented to sound that tone.

Seems close enough.
I also searched an Esso chemicals on my phone map and all that came up was one in India, I’m guessing it won’t be the right one.

In 30 seconds I:
*Opened the user’s YT channel,
*Found their videos are from Sarnia, Ontario
*Searched Sarnia since their systems have been covered thoroughly here
*Discovered these are Mods and have been discussed by users in the area.
*Realized you’re looking at a Mod plain as day in the video.
