ASC sirens in Thailand

I've had this particular YouTube video bookmarked for several years already, but I've never really analyzed the video in detail. Below is the linked YouTube video that I'm talking about, and if you go to 2:07 in the video and watch till 2:41, you'll hear that Dale and his team installed "intelligent warning systems" across Thailand.

Upon a deep search of the forum, one thread said that there are ASC E-classes and at least one Quadren located throughout Thailand.

There was another post from 2008 about a tsunami siren in Thailand, but the videos and links in that have long since gone down.

I felt that the video was proof of a system of ASC sirens existing in Thailand since 2004, otherwise I wouldn't have made this post. Feel free to contribute any photos and/or whereabouts of the sirens.
