I saw a new 2001 on the east side of I280 near the truck stops (sadly I didn't take pics yet) where Latcha Rd ends
It's supposed to warn the Troy Villa mobile home park & village of Lemoyne (Lemoyne has a 2001-130 but I don't know if that 2001 can be heard by the truck stops or Troy Villa if the new 2001-130 at Interstate 280 & Latcha Rd hadn't been installed?) of emergencies (mostly tornado warnings)
