That’s no Darley, that’s something called a Weltex. Lots of them in Oregon, in Rickreall, Tangent(modified), Brownsville, Canyonville, Camas Valley, Gardiner and John Day. Here are some photos of the one in Rickreall: https://imgur.com/gallery/F4a1iM6
