Another Lexington KY Modulator found?

While looking through this hiking place called Raven Run just south of Lexington, I saw on satellite imagery that something extremely similar to a Modulator is there ( 37.889637, -84.395568 ). This isn't on any maps I've looked at so it must be extremely new. Does anyone know something about this or can find a picture of it somewhere? I would go down there to check but we're going somewhere today and this is my last day down here in Lexington for vacation. Any information is appreciated.
